Therapy Review Process

It is incumbent upon me as your therapist to evaluate the effectiveness of the Hypnotherapy
NLP - CBT session combinations you have received and to evaluate progress relative to your desired result and best informed outcome. This will be ongoing till such time as the therapy review process accomplishes and fufills your most achievable, anticipated desired result. Some conditions, certain problems may be satisfactorily resolved within two to three sessions, other more complex health issues can take longer. At all stages of your therapy sessions, there will be an appropriate pause and review progress evaluation and where necessary therapy adjustments made to accommodate the most effective therapy, anticipating the most successful outcome result, within the shortest possible time frame for yourself.

CBT has been found to be effective in treating a number of psychological conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, and problems with alcohol and drug use.

EFT [Emotional Freedom Technique] is a psychotherapeutic tool based on a theory that negative emotions are caused by disturbances in the body’s energy field and that tapping of meridians while thinking of a negative emotion alters the body’s energy field, restoring it to ‘balance.’

TFT [Thought Field Therapy] Callaghan Techniques - Tapping therapy. ‘The study of thought fields and the body’s energy system as they pertain to the diagnosis and treatment of psychological problems.’ Recognised by NHS as a useful Alternative Complementary Therapy to medical intrevention.
